01How do you ensure data quality and provenance?
We document source and usage terms, apply defined preparation and validation steps, and use human review with layered quality checks before delivery.
02Do you license existing data or collect custom data?
Both, depending on the data type, rights, intended use and project scope. The scoping step confirms availability and terms.
03What does human review include?
Reviewer instructions, sampling, escalation and quality criteria are scoped with you. The exact workflow depends on the task.
04What do we receive at delivery?
Structured data, labels or preference pairs, metadata and documentation, in formats agreed during scoping.
05Can you prepare both training and evaluation data?
Yes. Scope can include pre-training or post-training datasets as well as tasks, benchmarks, evaluation sets or RL environments.
06How are you different from labelling platforms and expert marketplaces?
They mainly supply people to label, rank or write data on projects you define. We do that too, but we also license data we already hold: private code, clinical records, CAD, Indic speech, egocentric video and company workflows. Sourcing, review and evaluation then run under one rubric with one accountable team.
07What should we compare when choosing a training data vendor?
How rights were obtained for each source, who the reviewers are and how they were calibrated, which agreement metrics ship with each batch, what happens to records that fail checks, and whether you can test a sample before signing. Our scoping step and NDA sample cover all five.
